Exciting opportunity available witha leading manufacturing concern, looking to recruit a Creative Lead to join their marketing team. This is a senior-level design role responsible for driving the visual expression of the brand across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution, ensuring all output aligns with brand vision, marketing objectives, and business goals.

• Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Lead creative ideation and execution for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Champion innovation in design, animation, and multimedia storytelling.

• Produce high-impact design work, including digital assets, video content, social media visuals, presentations, and product collateral.
• Apply UX/UI principles to enhance the user experience across digital platforms.
• Oversee design projects to support marketing goals.

• Partner with the Marketing Manager to align creative execution with campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to support business needs.
• Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with design execution.
• Brief and manage external designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative vendors.
• Maintain an organised digital asset library and ensure version control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 8+ years of graphic design experience with proven leadership in creative roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, videography, and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Experience in fast-paced, brand-led environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and design excellence.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive problem solver.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
