Job summary
A business operations solutions provider in Johannesburg seeks a Mid-Market Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role focuses on engaging mid-sized companies in ecommerce and fintech sectors to drive sales. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years in sales, a proven track record in booking meetings, and excellent communication skills. This is a commission-only contract role with unlimited potential, transitioning to a full-time position after 3 months based on performance.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role.
- Success in booking meetings with VP+ level decision-makers.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage mid-sized ecommerce and fintech businesses.
- Execute personalized outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales team on accounts and strategy.
- Maintain records of sales activities using provided tools.
