• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in Forex, iGaming, or Fintech.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and RevShare models.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality leads and First-Time Depositors (FTDs).
• Source, onboard, and manage affiliates across various regions.
• Monitor traffic quality and optimise performance.
