We’re seeking a results‑driven Partnership & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our rapidly growing AI and entrepreneurship community, comprising over , engaged members.

This is a rare opportunity to build and scale partnership revenue from the ground up while working directly with the founder of one of the largest AI business communities globally.

Now we need someone to scale what’s working and build new revenue streams systematically.

• Partnership Development: Research and identify high‑value brand partnership opportunities in the AI / SaaS space
• Execute systematic outreach campaigns to secure new partnerships
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage campaign execution
• Track performance and create compelling case studies with ROI data
• Build long‑term relationships with key partners
• Affiliate Management & Marketing: Optimize existing affiliate relationships to maximize revenue
• Negotiate better commission rates and terms with current partners
• Identify and recruit new affiliate opportunities
• Create marketing campaigns to promote affiliate offers to our K+ audience
• Develop email campaigns, social media content, and promotional strategies for affiliate products
• Manage affiliate performance tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with the content team to integrate affiliate promotions naturally into valuable content

• 3‑5 years in digital marketing, partnerships, or affiliate marketing
• Proven track record of generating measurable revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills— you live and breathe data and KPIs
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) for international partnerships
• Self‑directed work style— you thrive with autonomy and clear targets
• CRM and data management experience (GHL experience a plus)

• Experience with B2B SaaS or AI tool marketing
• Previous affiliate marketing or influencer partnership experience
• Understanding of the creator economy and online communities
• Experience working with international (US / UK) clients
• Track record of building processes and systems from scratch

• Base salary: $24, USD / year (with $1 USD / hour raise after successful completion of 90‑day introductory period)
• Performance bonuses for exceeding targets
• Ten paid US holidays after 90‑day introductory period
