We are a leading independent Managing Agent with over 22 years of experience in property management, currently managing a portfolio of more than 9, units.
With a reputation for professionalism and growth driven by service excellence, we are expanding our Business Development Team and are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join us.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Business Development Team.
This is not your average assistant position — we're looking for someone with a strong marketing foundation, creative flair, and the drive to take ownership of projects across marketing and client communication.
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a marketing or business development support role.
Relevant marketing qualification or degree.
Remote work with monthly in‑person sessions in Cape Town.
Candidates must have legal authorization to work in South Africa.
