Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a marketing or business development support role.
• Legal authorization to work in South Africa.
• Ability to attend in-person team meetings approximately twice a month in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms.
• Design marketing collateral using Canva.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management and organisational abilities

Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset

Comfortable with outbound communication, including cold calling

Strong writing and proofreading skills

Creative eye and confident using design tools like Canva

Interest in UK property management and willingness to learn relevant legislation
