6+ years in strategy roles within creative, advertising, or digital agencies, including experience leading or mentoring small teams.
Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, creative effectiveness, and platform storytelling.
Proven ability to turn complex problems into clear, actionable strategies and creative briefs.
Confident communicator and storyteller, skilled at presenting to senior clients and internal leaders.
Data-informed thinker who blends analytical rigor with creative intuition.
Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset : proactive, resourceful, and comfortable challenging convention to improve outcomes.
