A leading healthcare company in Durban is seeking a Regional Operations Associate for fleet management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fleet operations, strong organizational skills, and experience liaising with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating daily fleet activities, supporting strategy implementation, and analyzing performance data. This role requires at least a bachelor's degree and 4+ years in fleet operations or a related field, offering a chance to make a significant impact on operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fleet operations or related roles.
- Proven experience in fleet or similar program management.
- In-depth knowledge of fleet operations best practices and regulations.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate daily fleet operational activities for efficiency.
- Serve as liaison between vendors and Johnson & Johnson functions.
- Support implementation of cost-effective fleet operations strategies.
