Job summary

A recruitment agency seeks a Contract Commercial Coordinator in Durban. This role includes maintaining preventative maintenance schedules and managing project-related tasks. Candidates should have a relevant qualification and at least 2 years of experience in maintenance planning and project management. A valid South African driver's license is also required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years relevant experience in maintenance planning, project management and knowledge of Financial Management principles.
  • Valid South African driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedules in accordance to the SLA for all equipment and services.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions on correct expense codes and ensure accuracy against the quotation.
  • Manage all incoming requests and complaints daily and provide feedback for customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct monthly verification of WP and report on variances.
  • Planning for placement of employees, contractors and efficient utilization of materials and tools.
