This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, relationship-building experience, and a deep understanding of the U.S. market.What You'll DoSales & Lead Generation Act as the first point of contact for new business leads Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Qualify prospects and schedule introductory calls or demos with decision-makers Build and maintain a pipeline of U.S.-based clients across industries Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute outreach strategies Account Management & Client Service Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts Ensure client satisfaction through timely updates, follow-ups, and service improvements Understand client hiring needs and work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment Manage contracts, renewals, and performance check-ins Address and resolve any service issues quickly and professionally Internal Collaboration Provide client feedback to the recruiting team for ongoing improvements Participate in weekly team meetings and performance reviews Help develop pitch decks, proposals, and reports as needed Requirements 3+ years in a sales, client success, or account management role—preferably in recruiting, staffing, or a service-based industry Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload Tech-savvy; familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and virtual communication tools Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong work ethic Able to work independently and align with U.S. time zones Nice to Have Previous experience in a headhunting, recruiting, or staffing agency Understanding of hiring workflows, job briefs, and recruitment metrics Experience using tools like Zoho and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
