Role Overview
As the Head of Telesales, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and optimising a high-performing telesales team. Your role will involve developing strategies to meet targets, overseeing daily operations, and driving a culture of success and accountability within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Team leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a remote telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Performance optimization : Monitor and analyze team performance, ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.
Training and development : Provide coaching to agents, identify skill gaps, and implement ongoing training initiatives.
Process refinement : Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes, scripts, and overall team structure to maximize productivity.
Campaign management : Ensure consistent performance across all campaigns by aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
Reporting : Prepare and present performance reports, identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 3+ years in telesales leadership, preferably within telecom or similar industries.
Leadership ability : Proven success in leading and managing teams in a remote setting.
