We’re looking for a highly skilled, energetic, and creative storyteller to join Fireflies.ai as our go-to person for all things video, motion, and visual storytelling .

You’ll work at the intersection of social media, founder-driven content, and product marketing , using your visual design, motion graphics, and video editing skills — supercharged by AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, Veo 3, etc. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who’s deeply online, fast‑moving, and obsessed with making scroll‑stopping content that engages users and brings Fireflies’ story to life.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Video Creation

• Own the creative process for social clips, founders’ videos, product explainers, tutorials, ads, and website animations — from concept to final delivery.
• Script, storyboard, edit, and animate content that educates, entertains, and drives engagement.

AI-Powered Storytelling

• Leverage tools like Midjourney, Runway, Veo 3, Higgsfield, Flux, etc. to ideate and produce high‑quality visuals faster.
• Continuously explore new AI capabilities to push creative boundaries.

Social & Founders’ Content

• Collaborate with founders and marketing / growth teams to produce authentic short‑form content (interviews, behind‑the‑scenes, thought‑leadership clips, micro‑content for , X, TikTok, YouTube).
• Craft viral hooks and experiment with formats inspired by creators and internet culture.

Motion Design & Animation

• Develop a consistent motion language for Fireflies across channels — explainers, product UI animations, web interactions, campaign visuals.
• Produce website micro‑animations, Lottie / Rive assets, thumbnails, and ad creatives.

Creative Planning & Collaboration

• Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to plan shoots, storyboards, and content calendars.
• Brainstorm creative angles and campaign ideas that break the B2B SaaS mold.

Rapid Content Production

• Deliver quick‑turnaround assets for weekly launches, updates, and campaigns while maintaining quality.
• Maintain an organized library of video, animation, and design assets for easy reuse.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in motion design / video editing (startup, SaaS, or creator‑driven brand a plus).
• Skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma ; familiarity with Rive / Lottie for web animations.
• Confident using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Veo 3, Higgsfield, etc.) to supercharge creativity.
• Strong storytelling chops — can script, edit, and design to make even technical topics engaging.
• Deep understanding of social video trends (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, ) and how to craft content that captures attention in seconds.
• A visual thinker who blends design sense with motion and loves experimenting with new styles.
• High‑energy, resourceful, and self‑starting — thrives in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Bonus : Experience creating content for founders, influencers, or tech / AI brands.
