Medical Receptionist (Orthodontic Practice), Cape Town SS

Our client, an Orthodontist based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, is seeking to recruit a medical receptionist.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diary and appointment management
• Meeting and welcoming clients
• Liaising with clients
• Filling
• Answering incoming calls
• Creating patient files
• Managing patient flow
• Scanning and uploading of documentation
• Assisting with follow ups or rescheduling of appointments
• Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the practice
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• General administration
• Maintain efficient patient service
• Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff and patient information

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Matric
• At least 2 years' experience in a dental practice is essential
• Experience in an orthodontic practice is advantageous.
• Reliable transport
• English & Afrikaans

• Basic computer knowledge

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00
