Digital Developer

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML and CSS.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve browser-specific issues.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate wireframes and mock-ups into fully functional websites and applications.
• Implement and maintain user-centric designs based on UX/UI principles.
• Deploy websites effectively, including managing backups and performing necessary troubleshooting.
• Manage website hosting using cPanel and MySQL for database handling.

• Recognised degree in Web Development, or related field with at least 3 - 5 years’ commercial experience.
• Work experience demonstrating relevant skills and at least 5 years’ commercial experience.
• Expertise in HTML and CSS, and clean coding practices, cross-browser compatibility, and resolving browser-specific issues.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Must-have experience with collaborating with designers to translate wireframes and mock-ups into functional websites and applications.
• Strong knowledge of website deployment, including backups, cPanel, and MySQL.
• Utilise design tools such as Adobe, Sketch, Figma, or similar for effective collaboration with design teams.
