Overview

The Senior Key Account Executive will form part of the Alternative Distribution team. This pivotal role is perfect for a seasoned professional passionate about driving growth through strategic partnerships and fostering long-term client loyalty in the employee benefits industry.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and expanding key client and intermediary relationships within non-traditional distribution channels. A core focus will be on strengthening strategic alliances and developing tailored assurance solutions, particularly within the mining, metal, and local government sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of strategic key accounts and intermediaries.
  • Developing and implementing customized solutions and comprehensive relationship management plans.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally within the organization to configure complex product and service offerings.
  • Negotiating agreements that align with both client needs and the organization's profitability objectives.
  • Cultivating new business opportunities and enhancing the organization's market presence.
  • Ensuring operational compliance and driving continuous process improvement.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
  • A Bachelor\'s Degree in Economics, Business Management, or an equivalent field is required. A postgraduate degree is considered advantageous.
