Hybrid Work Policy

We offer a flexible hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days working from home, promoting collaboration and convenience.

Account Manager – Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term engagement.
  • Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities aligned with client needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales growth targets by developing tailored account strategies.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate how solutions address client challenges.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing and technical teams to deliver value‑added solutions.
  • Track all client interactions, opportunities and pipeline activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • 3+ years of account management or B2B software sales experience.
  • Proven success in cross‑selling or upselling within existing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud‑based solutions or enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a fast‑paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution‑based selling.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain software features and benefits.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ownership of reliable transportation.
