A dynamic provider of Information Management Solutions in Pretoria is looking for a skilled Service Consultant with B2B Sales experience. The ideal candidate will maintain customer relationships, assist Account Managers, and resolve escalated queries, while identifying new leads. A B Degree in Sales or a related field is required, alongside at least 6 years of experience in Sales or Logistics. Strong communication, attention to detail, and business acumen are essential. Qualifications

  • B Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Customer Relationship, or Marketing Management.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales, Channel Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective service delivery.
  • Assist Account Managers with daily tasks to retain and grow portfolios.
  • Resolve escalated client queries in a timely manner.
  • Identify leads for Key Account Managers from allocated portfolios.
  • Ensure data integrity for client portfolios.
  • Prepare and present business proposals.
