A financial services company in South Africa is seeking a Front of House Coordinator to provide reception and administrative support. The role requires a candidate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and strong client-facing skills. Job Title: Front of House Coordinator. Reports to: Group CEO's Executive Assistant. Job Family: Office Support / Operations / Administration / Receptionist. Type of Work: To provide reception and administrative support to the Carrick Office in Cape Town.
Ensure a welcoming environment by greeting all guests, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information. Answer all incoming phone calls in a welcoming tone. Handle booking of the boardroom and coordinate with service staff to ensure that guests are provided with hospitality.
Senior Certificate / Matric, post-matric qualification advantageous.
