We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Junior Manager to join our team in Rosemead, Kenilworth.

In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations, help lead the team and contribute to creating an unforgettable shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Support, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Help manage inventory – from receiving deliveries and processing stock to minimizing losses and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure the store always looks fresh, well‑presented, and on‑brand.

  • Use GAAP for daily cash‑ups, invoice capture, stock‑takes, and reporting (e.g., labour & stock movement).
  • Handle customer interaction, feedback, and build loyalty with regular patrons.
