Job summary
A leading agricultural firm in Mpumalanga is seeking a Claims Clerk to support the claims process through efficient administrative duties. Responsibilities include preparing and dispatching insurance claims, capturing required information, and maintaining filing systems. The ideal candidate should have Matric and 3-5 years' experience in short-term insurance, along with strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in short term insurance is essential.
- RE5 certificate is advantageous.
- Candidates should be proficient in Excel and possess strong communication skills.

- Support the claims process through administrative duties.
- Prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims.

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Claims) within the Financial Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
This role involves supporting the claims process through efficient administrative and clerical duties. The Claims Clerk is responsible for preparing, issuing, and dispatching insurance claims, as well as coordinating payments.
- General administrative duties
- Prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims, arrange for payments on insurance claims
- Regularly capture required information on internal systems, record and update customer claims
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
- Prepare claim reports
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 3-5 years' experience in short term insurance
- RE5 certificate (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
