Administration Clerk

Responsibilities
  • Reception & Office Coordination: Operate the switchboard with professionalism, greet visitors warmly, and oversee hygiene standards with cleaner management and supply stock control.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support cross-functional areas including HR, Wages, Creditors, and Company Admin during absences; maintain job manuals and documentation.
  • Debtors & Sales Support: Receive orders, prepare invoices, handle client collections and payments, maintain filing systems, process credit notes, and assist with month-end tasks.
Requirements
  • Matric certificate
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in admin/office/debtors roles
  • Valid driver’s license with own transport
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Sage Pastel experience is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and task accuracy
  • Strong Afrikaans & English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain organized under pressure
