A leading financial services provider in Cape Town is seeking a customer support professional with 3-5 years of experience in a financial services organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI. This role involves maintaining critical applications, managing data projects, and collaborating with teams. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service/support desk in a financial services organisation.
  • Experience in data warehousing and reporting technologies appreciated.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the FA, CA, IA applications.
  • Support and develop Allvue Accounting reports.
  • Participate in data related projects and interface with third party systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and analyze issues within the system.
