Job summary

A leading investment firm in Centurion is looking for a meticulous Accountant to join their dynamic financial team. Responsibilities include managing the fixed asset register, preparing tax returns, and performing reconciliations. The ideal candidate holds a Bcom Accounting Degree, has 1-4 years of experience, and familiarity with Caseware. A competitive package of R 300,000 to R 360,000 is offered.

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

Were on the hunt for a meticulous and motivated Accountant whos ready to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fixed Asset Management: Maintain and manage the fixed asset register handle additions and disposals and ensure accurate reporting.
• PAYE: Prepare reconcile and submit monthly PAYE returns in compliance with SARS requirements.
• VAT: Accurately compile and submit VAT returns ensuring timely compliance.
• Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations including bank creditors and intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
