A financial services company in Pretoria is seeking Financial Advisors to sell Discovery Products. The ideal candidate will have a Matric/Grade 12 certificate, 120 FAIS credits, and at least 2 years of experience in the financial industry. The role includes client communication, sales presentations, and lead generation. The company offers support during the first months, no desk fees, and a charge-free office space for client meetings.

Our company based in Lynnwood; Pretoria is looking for Financial Advisors who will be tied to selling Discovery Products. A specialist with extensive knowledge in how to sell and build new networks. Someone who fully understands the Sales lifecycle, inclusive of client services. The ideal candidate must have an unsatiable hunger to write his / her own cheque and will be innovative in finding new ways to source customers. This person should have a passion for people and must ensure they remain fit and proper.
- No desk fees.
- Financial support for the first 3 - 6 months (bridging salary).
- 24 / 7 Admin support in applications and CRM work.
- Monthly commission payments.
- We provide pre-qualified and pre-paid leads generated by a vast number of marketing campaigns.
- A-Grade charge-free office space and meeting rooms for your client meetings and day-to-day work.
- Trainings at the Company’s expense.
- Communicating with clients, including phone calls, e-mails and personal meetings.
- Presenting the Company’s products and conducting sales.
- Conduct customer needs analysis and advise accordingly.
- Provide feedback on daily activities (calls, appointments, sales etc.)
- Develop and maintain client network.
- Use company’s resources and expertise to analyze client needs.
- Facilitate additional lead generation.
- Work in CRM, keeping client’s information complete and up to date.
- Undergo necessary scheduled trainings and upskilling sessions.
- Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent Essential.
- 120 FAIS credits (NQF 5) in Wealth Management, CFP preferred.
- 2 or more years’ experience as a Financial Advisor within the financial services industry, life and investment essential.
- RE 5 certificates.
- Proven sales track record.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-starter & excellent organizing skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Committed and reliable with integrity and honesty throughout.
- Loyalty toward the organization.
- Needs to have resilience and must be optimistic.
- Be able to work accurately and effectively in a highly pressurized environment.

- Good time management skills.
- Problem solving skills, by effectively identifying problems as soon as they arise.
