A South African recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of facilities including the office and warehouse. The ideal candidate should have a technical trade specialization in electrical and plumbing with a minimum of 3 years’ supervision experience. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing procurement, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. An ideal candidate will possess strong preventive maintenance and risk management skills and a valid driver’s license.
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a technical trade specialization in electrical and plumbing to oversee the maintenance of our office building, warehouse, and other facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong knowledge of property management, preventive maintenance, and occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance.
