The main purpose of the job is to be responsible for sales of the company's Cleaning, Hygiene & Pest Control services, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues.
Education and Experience required: Minimum of 3 years experience in the Service Industry, preferably in solution contract sales. Tertiary qualification (preferred). Valid SA driver's license and own vehicle. Experience in selling soft services or similar services is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies: Fully computer literate on MS Office, with advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Experience in cold calling and telemarketing. Proven ability to source new business, conduct needs analysis, and prepare custom solution proposals.
Key areas of responsibility: Achieve sales targets focusing on initiating relationships with decision-makers through various channels. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, prepare proposals, and close sales. Ensure contracts are correctly signed and filed. Plan, set budgets, and prepare quotes. Develop innovative solutions and maintain knowledge of industry trends. Maintain contact with existing clients and develop new business opportunities. Provide onsite assistance during contract start-ups and follow-ups.
Presentable, well-spoken, with a strong personality. Ability to manage time effectively, assertive, goal-oriented, and own transport is essential.
