Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Conduct product demos and present tailored solutions to key stakeholders (mid-level managers, directors, and executives).
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to optimise lead conversion and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while consistently providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in SaaS, MarTech, and digital technology to effectively position solutions.
Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of B2B SaaS/Tech/MarTech sales experience (Account Executive or similar role).
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written & verbal).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
