Requirements
  • Matric and / or relevant tertiary qualification
  • 4 – 6 years’ experience in the industry
  • Proven track record in IT sales/account management, ideally within Microsoft solutions and services.
  • Strong ability to understand and translate client business needs into tailored technology solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines, proposals, and forecasts effectively.
  • A proactive, target‑driven mindset with strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities, grow our client’s customer base, and expand their market presence.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions across hardware, software, cloud, and managed services.
  • Achieve sales revenue and margin targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and long‑term retention.
  • Participate in tender processes, prepare proposals, and collaborate with vendors to develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships, ensure SLA commitments are met, resolve service queries, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Promote and upsell cloud adoption and emerging technology solutions.
  • Work closely with Microsoft and other key vendors to stay aligned with sales strategies and opportunities.
