We are looking for strong Data Engineers to join our Data, Information and Analytics team as client-facing, permanently employed consultants. Someone who is passionate about data and implementing technology solutions and leading project teams to achieve business outcomes. What Will You Do?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients to conceptualize data solutions
2. Modernize existing data environments
3. Assist our sales team with Pre-Sales and POCs
4. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
5. Assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements
6. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements such as automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for scalability
7. Build infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources using technologies like Microsoft, Azure, AWS, GCP
8. Develop analytics tools to provide insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key metrics
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to support data infrastructure needs
10. Work with data and analytics experts to enhance system functionality
11. Support desk activities where applicable

Who do you need to be:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering
• Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases
• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines and architectures
• Ability to analyze data and processes to identify improvements
• Strong skills working with unstructured datasets
• Knowledge of data transformation, structures, metadata, dependencies, and workload management
• Experience working with large, disconnected datasets
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to support cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Microsoft Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Data & Analytics (Advantageous)
• SQL Server 2016 or later, including Database Development, Administration, and BI Development
• BI Reporting tools such as PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Advantageous)
• Azure Certifications (Advantageous)
