An international company is seeking a 2IC for their Service Desk, requiring 5–8 years of network engineering experience in IT Services. Candidates must possess skills in troubleshooting and analytical thinking. This office-based position has set working hours from 10:30 to 19:30, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of networks and servers, along with direct client engagement to ensure project success.
This is a 2IC role, reporting to the Service Desk Manager (in Manage Services Department).
Please note: This is an office / based (not hybrid) position for an international company with set working hours.
10:30 – 19:30 (Monday – Friday)
5–8 years network engineering experience within IT Services and Managed Services environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Server | Exchange | SQL | IIS | Cisco Internetworking | VPN | firewalls | backups | network infrastructure | Cloud services.
Hands‑on experience with VOIP / SIP telephony systems, virtualization, and enterprise backup solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and client‑facing skills.
