As a result, we have identified the need for this new role in our organization, previously performed by various external service providers.

We know that to grow globally and to become a globally recognized brand, our team requires dedicated, strategic marketing expertise who knows our business and our clients inside-out.

1. Conduct market research to understand market and competitor trends, customer needs and recommend marketing strategies including:

• Digital marketing
• Print marketing
• Events

1. Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Communication (or related).
2. Minimum of 10 years' marketing experience (ideally in a SaaS and/or heavy industry field).
3. Excellent understanding of the health and safety industry.
4. Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
5. Excellent Graphic Design and content creation experience.
6. Solid understanding of digital and other marketing principles and best practices.
7. Ability to lead projects independently and drive measurable results.
8. Creative and innovative.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Proficiency in MS Office, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO tools, PPC platforms and social media platforms.
11. Self-starter, self-discipline and a sense of urgency.
12. Tenaciousness and resilience.
13. Excellent research and analytical skills.
14. Public speaking and networking skills.
15. Collaboration and teamwork.
