As a Solution Sales Specialist – Cloud Services, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account development and new business acquisition across enterprise and mid‑market clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Acquisition & Account Growth:
    • Manage a defined portfolio of enterprise and mid‑market accounts.
    • Lead client conversations with a strong understanding of Cloud Services, industry use cases, and business benefits.
    • Drive new business development and account expansion.
    • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual ACV targets.
    • Lead planning, opportunity management, and market strategy.
    • Build long‑term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Negotiate commercial terms through value‑based selling.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (KAMs, Pre‑Sales, Consulting, Partner Services).
  • Customer‑Centric Solution Selling:
    • Deliver tailored, consultative solutions aligned with customer goals.
    • Partner with Marketing and Business Units for impactful engagements.
    • Present Altron's value proposition through demos, proposals, and business cases.
    • Foster strategic alignment with customer stakeholders.
  • Sales Execution Excellence:
    • Collaborate with Pre‑Sales and Business Unit Leads for accurate pricing.
    • Prepare professional proposals aligned with Sales Excellence standards.
    • Ensure seamless handover to delivery teams for project execution.
    • Maintain pipeline health and provide accurate forecasts via CRM.
    • Apply Altron's sales methodology from prospecting to closure.
    • Capture customer intelligence and success stories for internal and external use.
    • Represent Altron with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Minimum: Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Preferred: Diploma or Certification in Sales, IT, or Business Management.
  • Experience Required:
    • 5+ years in new business development and account management (consulting / cloud services).
    • Experience selling Cloud Services and related platforms.
    • Enterprise B2B sales and value‑based negotiations.
    • Influencing C‑suite decisions.
    • Managing complex, multi‑year solution sales.
