About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Lead to join our growing team — someone who’s equal parts strategist, executor, and team player.

You’ll manage multi‑channel campaigns, guide creative direction, and work closely with our content and ads teams to drive measurable results for our clients. This role is perfect for a motivated marketer who is ready to step into a leadership position within a fast‑moving creative agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Write and review copy for ads, emailers, blogs, and social media captions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Strategise and assign tasks to the creative/content team through project management tools.
  • Track performance, analyse results, and continuously refine campaign strategies.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, algorithm changes, and creative best practices.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and the internal team.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.
