A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Manager: Sales Operations to oversee the operational execution of its sales strategies. This role is focused on ensuring an efficient, data-driven sales organization capable of meeting aggressive growth targets. Located in Gauteng, the position offers remote or hybrid work opportunities. The ideal candidate will lead processes, systems, and analytics to optimize sales operations and governance, while driving alignment with organizational objectives.

The role provides the processes, systems, analytics, governance, and enablement frameworks that ensure the sales engine of Gijima 2.0 is efficient, data-driven, aligned, and scalable.
In particular, this role ensures that the sales organisation has the optimal territory design, pipeline management, forecasting, tooling, compensation structures, and cross-functional integration needed to deliver on the aggressive growth agenda of Gijima 2.0.
