Role: Manager: Sales Operations

Department / Division: Go To Market

Location: Remote / Head Office: IBG, Midrand

Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place in Midrand between 1-3 December.

  • Role Purpose The Manager: Sales Operations is responsible for turning the strategic direction of the Revenue Office into operational execution excellence across all commercial streams (Private Sector Sales, Public Sector Sales, Technology Sales, Customer Success, Industry Office).

The role provides the processes, systems, analytics, governance, and enablement frameworks that ensure the sales engine of Gijima 2.0 is efficient, data-driven, aligned, and scalable.

In particular, this role ensures that the sales organisation has the optimal territory design, pipeline management, forecasting, tooling, compensation structures, and cross-functional integration needed to deliver on the aggressive growth agenda of Gijima 2.0.
