As a Delivery Lead (Program/Project Manager) in Deloitte’s Digital Engineering business, you will own the end-to-end execution of high-impact engagements, ensuring elite delivery quality while actively expanding commercial value through client farming, cross-sell, and up-sell motions. You are fluent in execution, client engagement, value realization, and trusted advisory. You bring senior leadership discipline and commercial instincts.
Key responsibilities
Qualifications include technical certifications in cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) or data platforms, familiarity with consulting delivery methodologies, 12+ years of leadership in consulting or enterprise project/program management, and proven experience in delivering large-scale programs involving AI, data engineering, MLOps, GenAI, cloud platforms, and analytics ecosystems. Experience as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master, along with a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget, is essential.
Deep understanding of project management techniques, excellent MS Office skills, and experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps are required. Leadership in offshore/onshore delivery teams, experience in driving cross-sell and upsell motions, and strong stakeholder management skills are also crucial.
We value executive presence, the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes, and a strategic mindset focused on delivery excellence. Passion for technology, data, transformation, and a high-performance attitude are essential. Candidates should demonstrate high ownership, energy, and self-drive, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is expected.
Experience in drafting client proposals and a background in consulting is highly beneficial.
