We’re looking for an Implementations Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of client implementation projects. This role bridges the gap between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution, proactive issue management, and timely delivery. If you’re experienced in project management, stakeholder communication, and implementation planning, this is your opportunity to drive excellence and efficiency in a global payments environment.

What you get to do:
  • Organise and lead internal handover meetings to ensure a seamless transition from Sales/Engagement to Implementation.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings with clients to define objectives, timelines, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and third-party vendors to align project scope with agreements.
  • Ensure mutual understanding among stakeholders and maintain clear communication channels.
  • Oversee completion of documentation such as the Product Specification Form and ensure alignment with standards.
  • Monitor project actions, follow up on pending tasks, and elevate potential threats or delays proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Implementation Managers and infrastructure teams to address implementation needs.
  • Manage client communications, ensuring progress updates and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
What it takes to succeed:
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of issuing processing environments.
  • Knowledge of cards and the payments industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic project requirements.
  • Ability to confidently challenge nonstandard requests and drive decisions effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in implementation or related roles.
