- 2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or similar financial analysis role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and pivot tables.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of SQL.

Are you a numbers-driven thinker with a sharp eye for data and a passion for turning insights into impact? Were working with a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation that is looking to bring on a talented Financial Planner & Analyst to join their dynamic finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, data-rich environment and wants to work at the heart of commercial decision-making.
- Analysing financial and operational data to spot trends, drive insights, and support business performance.
- Developing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Partnering across teams including Finance, Marketing, and Data Science to align on goals and strategies.
- Creating compelling dashboards and visual reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Recommending data-driven commercial improvements and optimisations.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and pivot tables.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or similar.
- Retail lending experience would be a plus, but it's not essential.
- Curious by nature and always learning.
- Great at translating complex data for non-technical teams.
- Detail-oriented but commercially aware.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
