Key purpose: The company's Business Analyst would be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data‑driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Led ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Performing requirements analysis
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross‑functional team members and management
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Working closely with clients, technicians and managerial staff
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
- Prioritising initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Relevant qualification
- 5+ years in a Data Analytics or Data Science environment
- 5+ years experience in data‑driven projects
- Experience in the retail sector
- Microsoft Excel
- PowerBi or similar

- Must be able to set tasks with deadlines and work towards delivering within timeframes
- Strong cross‑functional skills (matrix structure)

- Gaming retail/commercial experience favourable
