This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, data-rich environment and wants to work at the heart of commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Analysing financial and operational data to spot trends, drive insights, and support business performance.
  • Developing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Partnering across teams including Finance, Marketing, and Data Science to align on goals and strategies.
  • Creating compelling dashboards and visual reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Recommending data-driven commercial improvements and optimisations.
Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and pivot tables.
  • Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or similar.
  • Retail lending experience would be a plus, but it's not essential.
