Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement in retail and financial operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including UAT and training.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve sales, margins, and customer experience.
