Senior Corporate Financial Analyst

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST

$1000 - 1500 USD/month

About the Company

A Texas-based company in the Photography Studio industry

Responsibilities
  • Provide insight to improve company performance and profitability by evaluating processes, monitoring indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
  • Support the continued development of financial forecasting, operating plans and modeling tools
  • Proactively look to improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand the return on investments (ROI) in new acquisitions
  • Complete all due diligence for proposed new acquisitions and advise senior management
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Review and interpret all Contractual Agreements
  • Complete new franchisee applications
  • Generate intercompany Note Payable Contracts
  • Maintain BOD Meeting Minutes
  • Generate Lease Contracts for Real Estate companies
  • Generate QuickBooks upload data files
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects for senior management of the organization
Core Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting required
  • CPA preferred
  • 3 years of experience in business acquisitions required
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in the private/corporate industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, root-cause analysis, and other FP&A methods
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP)
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
