A leading consulting firm in South Africa is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 8 years of experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders. The candidate should be familiar with business analysis tools and methodologies. This role offers a hybrid work model with flexible shift hours.

Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 8 Yrs of experience as Business Analyst and in the field.
- Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, convey technical information clearly and create comprehensive documentation.
- Understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry-specific knowledge to align solutions with organisational goals and strategies.
- Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools, data analysis software, and an understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Expertise in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, creating functional specifications, and user stories.
- Skill in managing relationships and expectations among diverse stakeholders, including clients, users, developers, and management.
- Ability to adapt to changing project scopes, priorities, and timelines while remaining focused on delivering quality outcomes.
- Strong experience in Agile framework methodologies, meetings. Certification will added advantage.
- Strong Experience with JIRA, Visio, MS Project tools
- Experience / Knowledge of Pega technology and Copilot are added advantages
- Should be flexible to work in Shift hours from 2 PM till 11 PM or beyond based on need as per customer availability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attend client meetings
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Should have strong client management experience
- Should be a good team playerShould work from office in Hybrid mode and shift hours.
