The incumbent will call on Spaza Shops, informal vendors ranging from salons, nail bars, and Chisanyama, specifically in the township market. This is a field-based role with daily and weekly interaction from Head Office as well as management. The role reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager – Township Vertical. Minimum Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in sales or business development within the fintech, insurance, or FMCG industry, calling in the township/informal market
  • National diploma or degree in business, finance or related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Valid driver’s license and Microsoft proficiency
