A prominent retail consultancy is looking for a Retail Sales Specialist in Singapore. This role entails daily operations at retail outlets, providing outstanding customer service, and managing inventory and store presentations. You will work with prestigious brands and ensure sales growth through excellent product knowledge. Ideal candidates have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilités
- Provide exceptional customer service and recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Manage POS and handle transactions.
Connaissances
5 & 6 days per week, 6 days off per month; 11am-9pm
Location: Wisma Atria / Bugis Junction/ Chinatown Point/Raffles City (Can choose)
Salary: Basic $2200 -$2500 + $100 attendance allowance + $100 flexi allowance upon confirmation + Commission
Gross salary: $2800 -$4000
Company: The boutiques carry High-end prestigious brands such as Omega, Tudor, TAG Heuer, Breitling, and international brands such as Longines, Rado, and Tissot.
The Retail Watch Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day duties at the retail outlet, including sales, stocks, and ensuring proper housekeeping. They are in constant contact with their customer and responsible for ensuring that they give great customer service so as to drive sales.
- Provide customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to retail customers.
- Assist in inventory management and housekeeping at the retail outlets.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the outlet; ensuring cleanliness and organize store front.
- Maintain and manage the POS/Cashier.
- Assist in ad-hoc job scope assigned by store manager/supervisor.
