Job Summary
  • Basic Salary: $15000 - $20000
  • Location: Seletar
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Variable Bonus (up to 12% Annual Income) + Free Parking
Job Responsibilities
1. Regional Business Growth & Market Development
  • Drive order intake and profitable growth across APAC.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in public safety and enterprise critical communications.
  • Build market capture plans aligned with Airbus PSS strategy.
  • Maintain strong pipeline visibility and provide accurate forecasts.
2. Key Account & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and deepen relationships with MNOs, Secure MVNOs, government agencies, VARs, and regional partners.
  • Understand customer needs, pain points, and operational challenges to position Airbus PSS solutions effectively.
  • Expand customer “Power Base” by engaging influencers and decision‑makers.
3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Lead and develop an international sales team of ~6, and coordinate ~10–20 extended team members (bid, legal, finance, engineering, procurement).
  • Guide tendering activities, proposal development, and campaign qualification.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with Airbus KAMs, marketing, communications, and European PSS teams.
4. Solution Positioning & Product Expertise
  • Master Airbus PSS portfolio: TETRA (narrowband) and broadband (4G/5G mission‑critical services).
  • Identify gaps and drive joint solutions with system integrators and technology partners.
  • Provide market insights to help shape PSS product roadmap and offerings.
5. Ethics, Compliance & Process Governance
  • Ensure strict adherence to Airbus Ethics & Compliance policies.
  • Follow PSS processes, digital tools, and reporting standards.
  • Manage regional selling expenses responsibly.
6. Marketing & Opportunity Creation
  • Lead marketing decisions and events (exhibitions, reseller seminars, partner engagement).
  • Work with digital marketing teams to generate leads and strengthen PSS visibility.
7. Operational & Management Responsibilities
  • Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
  • Support proposal preparation depending on campaign structure.
  • Contribute to regional strategic and operational decision‑making as a member of the PSS APAC leadership team.
  • Perform other duties as required by Airbus Singapore’s policies.
Requirements
  • 12–15 years of experience in Telecommunications, ICT, public safety, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Business, or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership experience managing sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in new business development and driving regional growth.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
  • Ability to influence, lead change, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Comfortable performing both strategic and hands‑on tasks (tendering, reporting, marketing).
  • Good coordination skills and experience handling complex sales cycles.
  • High integrity and commitment to Ethics & Compliance.
  • Ability to travel across the region (approx. 50–100 days per year).
