Job summary

A global business firm expanding in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Executive to coordinate logistics across various locations including Korea and Indonesia. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and managing stock records. A diploma and 2 years of relevant experience are required. The role requires strong adaptability, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure. This position is located in the CBD area.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of similar working experience.
  • Willing to work overtime during month-end closing periods.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with headquarters and suppliers across multiple countries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Process PO orders and manage goods returns.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Ensure month-end stock records align with reports.

Logistics Executive

Working location: CBD

Working Hours: Mon – Fri; 8.30am – 5.30pm

Company Description

The client is a global business company expanding its operations in Singapore, with a focus on all areas of the value chain from trading to logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the HQ in Korea, suppliers in Korea and China, customers in Indonesia, and warehouses.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and quality issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Process PO orders, manage goods returns, and handle sales entries through SAP.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Ensure month-end stock records align with warehouse reports.
  • Review monthly sales reports in terms of sales amounts and profits.
  • Monitor slow‑moving stock and aging AR to ensure effective debt management.
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma graduates from any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of similar working experience.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to international trade regulations and policies.
  • Willing to work overtime during month‑end closing periods.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
