Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales performance and growth objectives for distributors across assigned regions and product lines.
  • Expand and strengthen the presence of designated markets within portfolio.
  • Analyse industry landscape, including competitor offerings, pricing structures, and commercial strategies.
  • Ensure strong revenue contribution and effective inventory performance for the product portfolio.
  • Shape marketing plans, define product value propositions, and develop communication frameworks.
  • Deliver expected market penetration and category performance targets.
  • Enhance brand visibility and reputation through well-managed marketing initiatives.
  • Manage inventory levels, sales reporting, and procurement processes.
  • Lead the introduction of new products and execution of promotional programmes for international territories.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing within relevant industries (preferred) or in consumer products.
  • Familiarity with business accounting and P&L management is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical capabilities and excellent international communication skills.
  • Demonstrates solid business acumen and effective presentation skills.
