1. Position Overview

Our client, Jaeger Consultants International seeks a passionate professional to deliver Flight Therapy sessions using aviation-based experiential learning. The role blends facilitation, psychology fundamentals, program design, sales, outreach, and the use of advanced flight simulation systems to promote mental wellness.

2. Key Responsibilities

a) Flight Therapy Facilitation

  • Conduct structured Flight Therapy sessions using Jaeger manuals.
  • Operate Cessna 172, Airbus-style, and VR flight simulators.
  • Apply psychological principles to support emotional regulation and confidence-building.
  • Document participant progress confidentially.

b) Program Development & Collaboration

  • Develop new Flight Therapy modules with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Pilot and refine aviation-based therapy activities.
  • Contribute to syllabus planning for diverse groups.

c) Sales, Marketing & Outreach

  • Promote programs to schools, corporations, aviation clubs, and communities.
  • Conduct demos, talks, and trial experiences.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly Sales KPIs.

d) External Networking & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build partnerships with organisations and institutions.
  • Engage ministries (MOE, MSF, NCSS, SG Enable, Enterprise Singapore) for grants.
  • Prepare proposals for funding and collaborations.

e) Simulator Operations & Session Preparation

  • Maintain, prepare, and calibrate simulation equipment.
  • Prepare materials, worksheets, and administrative logs.

f) Teamwork & Independence

  • Work independently and collaboratively.
  • Uphold organisational values of empathy and innovation.
