Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage a full set of accounts, handle payroll and tax submissions, and ensure timely financial reporting. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in accounting and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software like Xero. Immediate start is preferred and Malaysians are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Full set of accounts including monthly accounting.
• Excellent managerial reporting skills.
• Proficient in payroll and tax submissions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely record of accounting transactions.
• Follow up with Payment Response and chase payments.
• Assist in secretarial matters and liaise with external auditors.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts including monthly accounting
• To Ensure timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting schedules
• Follow up with Payment Response and Issued Tax Invoice to chase payment on time
• Assist in company secretarial matters and liaise with Tax agent or external Auditor
• Staff payroll, CPF e-submission, GST submission & IR21 submission
• Day-to-day account tasks
• Able to start immediately
• Malaysian are welcome
