A leading accounting firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts and handle payroll data. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience and a diploma in accounting. Responsibilities include month-end closing, accounts reconciliation, and processing staff expenses. Competitive remuneration and a dynamic working environment are offered.

- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Good accounting and payroll knowledge.
- Able to work independently.
Responsabilités
- Manage full sets of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing.
- Perform monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.
- Handle staff expenses claim.

- Manage full sets of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing
- Perform monthly bank and accounts reconciliation
- Manage AP/AR functions: invoice processing, initiate payments, perform data entry
- Handle staff expenses claim
- Assist in preparing payroll data and CPF submissions.
- Maintain employee files, leave records, and claims.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or equivalent
- Good accounting, payroll knowledge
- Able to work independently
